Update all the Slack links to use the CNCF vanity URL: https://slack.cncf.io
why
CommunityInviter is changing to Inviter so rather than having to update all the links to this, it will be better to use the CNCF vanity URL https://slack.cncf.io which currently redirects to https://communityinviter.com/apps/cloud-native/cncf so that CNCF can manage the migration.
Also updated some other old Slack links that pointed to the legacy Atlantis Slack workspace.
