- improved handling of mixed AVM1/AVM2 files
- implement streaming of videos embedded in the swf file
- implement class inheritance for AVM1
- added settings dialog, currently only used to enable/disable local storage
- support for local storage added
- use SDL threading methods, remove glibmm dependency
