Setting up development environment is pretty easy, you should have Go version 1.11.x with all go environment set and Cobra installed. To install Cobra:
$ go get github.com/spf13/cobra/cobra
Clone the kcm inside $GOPATH/src/github.com/nullhash/kcm and start contributing.
