1. License Grant Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, BountyBot, Inc. (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to: (a) View and modify the Source Code for your own internal, non-commercial purposes. (b) Compile and run the Source Code for your own internal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Ownership Licensor retains all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Source Code. No ownership rights are transferred by this License.

3. Restrictions (a) No Commercial Use: You may not use this software, or any derivative works, for commercial purposes without obtaining a commercial license from BountyBot, Inc. (b) No Distribution to Competitors: You may not distribute or sublicense the software (including modified versions) to any direct competitor of BountyBot, Inc., nor may any direct competitor of BountyBot, Inc. use, access, or download the Source Code. (c) No Trademark Rights: This License does not grant any right to use the trademarks or trade names of BountyBot, Inc. (d) No Removal of Notices: You must retain all copyright, trademark, or other notices provided by Licensor in the Source Code.

4. Termination This License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Source Code in your possession or control. Sections 2 (Ownership), 5 (Disclaimer), and 6 (Limitation of Liability) shall survive termination.
