Updating devfile maintainers

👋 I am a maintainer of the Devfile Sanbox project since day one (c.f. the maintainers file) but for some reason I am not included in the project-maintainers.csv file.

Pre-submission checklist

If you're adding a new maintainer to the CSV file, please review each of these actions as well:

• The maintainer has updated their LFX Individual Dashboard profile.
• You've sent an email with the addresses to [email protected] for access to Service Desk and mailing lists.
• Optional: You've also sent a PR with updates to cncf/gitdm.

Thanks @l0rd. Looks like you were already in our record of maintainers and had been invited to the maintainer mailing list for devfile and Service Desk. I resent an invite to the latter.
