added browser functions for fallback in case of svg rendering issues. #19

there were a lot of issues rendering svg's directly in emacs. I added a few more complementary options which allow you to compile and open directly in the browser.

  • d2-compile-file-and-browse
  • d2-compile-buffer-and-browse
  • d2-compile-region-and-browse
  • d2-open-browser
  • d2-view-current-svg

This should be a good fallback for d2 if emacs isn't rendering it correctly.
