What is in this change?

• Make name field on new workspace modal active when the "New Workspace" button is pressed
• Return to last active chat after visiting settings
• Fix double container scrolling in sidebar
• Make "New Workspace" button fixed at top of sidebar
• Fix z index of thread curved line on top of the sidebar footer
• Smooth scroll to active workspace when sidebar has overflow on page load
• Update styles of "Workspace not found" modal to match other modals
