Description
Follow up to #281 // Exclude MorseConverter files due to problems with Unicode Decoding for those files when running flake8.
Small fix to rename test folder from
convertor-->converter.Tests and Documentation
Verified fix by running pre-commit flake8 on all files and verifying that these are properly excluded and test passes.
