I would like to simplify the configuration of application logs parsing and make it happen at the edge of the infrastructure.

Proposal

I would like the log parsing being configurable with pod annotation like done with fluent-bit.

On my ingress-nginx deployment, I add a pod annotation to suggest a parser and the vector infrastructure will parse the logs automatically.
