HTTPS link to hphosts' ad & tracking servers

Not a major issue really, just an FYI that an HTTPS URL exists for the above mentioned filter list.

Describe the issue

The URL included with uBO is not using the secure link.

• Enabled the hphosts' ad and tracking servers list.

Notes

Noticed the red HTTP label on this list, went to https://hosts-file.net/?s=Download to witness most if not all of their hosts file URLs utilize the HTTPS protocol. :)
