Describe the bug
The character counter of the comment textbox in the 'add overtime' section is one character behind.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to add overtime
  2. Enter comment
  3. Delete one character. The counter calculated the length for the previous input
  4. Enter a character. Same behavior

Expected behavior
The counter should show the current amount of characters
