Description

This task will set up the API repo and server with a minimal "hello world" resource while establishing best practices for the code base using CI/CD actions.

Definition of ready

  • Add time estimates
  • Get credentials for deploying lambda service to AWS account

Definition of done

  • Set up GitHub repo in Serratus org with appropriate license and branch protection rules
  • Set up boilerplate code for hello world API with template for unit tests
  • Set up minimal CI/CD actions for unit tests, prettify, lint, and deployment
  • Set up domain to point to standalone API server (e.g. Apollo or swagger) at openvirome.com/api
  • Documentation added in Wiki or Repo
  • Unit tests
  • Manual QA for bugs/regressions
