Problem: Tasks log retention - Parameter max_tasks_per_template seems not working

We added the parameter max_tasks_per_template in the Semaphore configuration file config.json with value 20, but the old execution log of the tasks are not deleted.

I forgot to specify that the Semaphore service was restarted after adding the parameter and Semaphore UI is installed on a Red Hat 8 server.
