cargo-apk is in nix https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/nixos-24.05/pkgs/development/tools/rust/cargo-apk/default.nix#L19
and works.
i am working on adding xbuild but it looks like it's downloading its own ndk?
awtterpip/bevy_oxr#157

Yes, it's stripped down to just the sysroot
