Criteria cannot be added to Conditions using the "Add Criteria" button

In condition sets it is currently not possible to add a new criterion to a condition using the "Add Criteria" button because the button is always disabled, no matter what you do. ### Workaround A viable workaround for now is to use the copy button to duplicate an existing criterion and modify its rule.

Clicking "Add Criteria" adds another criteria. :)
