To allow the MMGIS inspector to have plots for each telemetry source that can be opened in a new tab, we need to do the following:

  • Expose overlay plot from openmct so that it's available for import
  • Prevent time context code from returning an upstream context if an object already has a context
  • Modify new tab action to take url params so that the open in new tab action can pass a mode and bounds
