Summary

The following test is flaky due to a timing issue:

The URLTimeSettingsSynchronizer when the clock is set via the time API, it is reflected in the URL
Error: Timeout - Async function did not complete within 5000ms (set by jasmine.DEFAULT_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL)
