[Request] Support tavily.com as the plugin

🥰 Feature Description

https://tavily.com/ is yet another search API. The free tier has 1000 API call per month without credit card. It is definitely a decent choice for anyone with large amount of search queries. I would like to use this tool in LobeChat as a plugin.
