“可观测性”是个非常好的功能，当前好像是每个用户自己选择是否提交匿名数据，可否隐藏此选项，并强制开启？

针对企业场景，我们是会准备这么做的，但是针对提供公共服务的 case，我觉得强制开启并不好。你能介绍下你的使用场景吗？

确实是企业场景，全docker compose本地化部署的。
服务是Azure Open AI，因为Azure自己的统计精度不够，而且每日成本有着较大的偏离（正负几百），所以非常需要这样的工具按用户来统计流量/成本。
