Possible UI enhancement to allow editing of an existing Jukebox

When returning to an existing Jukebox to edit it, the screen is locked onto section 4 of the set-up screen '4. Select Device and Playlists'. Whilst this sensible to not allow crayon things like the auto token to be edited after set up, it would be good to still be able to amend the price paid per song etc if required. Perhaps the user could be allowed to edit some but not all of the fields in the earlier sections too?
