tree-sitter-languages is no longer maintained. It is used in document loaders in langchain-community. We should explore migrating to tree-sitter-language-pack.

My Python version is 3.13 and it seems that lots of people have this package downloading problem. Not sure if it happens on previous Python version, but pip install tree-sitter-languages doesn't work on Python 3.13
