sorry to interrupt with this general question, but i can't get nslookup kubernetes.default
working in my installation.

here is the output from busybox in default namespace:

/ # nslookup kubernetes
Server: 10.233.0.3
Address 1: 10.233.0.3 kubedns.kube-system.svc.cluster.local

Name: kubernetes
Address 1: 10.233.0.1 kubernetes.default.svc.cluster.local
/ # nslookup kubernetes.default
Server: 10.233.0.3
Address 1: 10.233.0.3 kubedns.kube-system.svc.cluster.local

nslookup: can't resolve 'kubernetes.default'

for more contex, you can see from kubernetes/dns#109
