if you export the bookmarks in .md and import later, the tags, title and description are ignored

@ahmedelgabri this problem was introduced in #419. You have made changes in export but not in import.

Can you please fix this?

Reopening as I can see tags are not getting imported (which requires a fix), however functionality is not imported.
