Quote service no reporting properly operations

Quote service is showing POST /* in operations instead of POST /getquote.
Maybe this is expected. Also, the PHP icon is not appearing for this service.

Quote service is showing POST /* in operations instead of POST /getquote. Maybe this is expected.

This is expected, as the algorithm to cluster routes treats getquote as gibberish. The combination
of characters tq doesn't exist in languages, therefore is treat as gibberish. For now we mark it as
Won't fix but defintively can be improved.

Also, the PHP icon is not appearing for this service.
