Logout stuck in Processing logout callback

Describe the bug

In some cases, the logout process gets stuck in "Processing logout callback...".

Expected Behavior

logout should be successful or an error message should be displayed stating the reason of failure.

Steps To Reproduce

We don't have an easy way of reproducing this issue.

However,
It looks like the only case when this would happen is when the following state is reached in RemoteAuthenticatorViewCore.cs.
