[TanStack Start] I deleted the ".output" directory and I can't get it back

I have deleted the .output folder as I was seeing the strange issue where the wrong CSS file is being accessed, but somehow the output directory does not get generated again when running npm run dev or npm run build. The issue now is that vinxi is trying to import .output modules and cannot find them when running npm run start. Anyone else have this issue?

Running npm run build definitely creates the .output directory for me. Is the build definitely succeeding?
