[DOCS]: Composability chart visibility issue in dark mode

I assume the transparent lines in the background of the chart were added for style. Unfortunately, if you switch to dark mode, those lines cut through the text, making the chart harder to read.

It wouldn't be a massive loss to make the backgrounds solid colors.
