No way to switch organisations if current one is blocked

Describe the bug

When an organisation is blocked, there is no way to switch to other organisations that have not been blocked. This can affect paying customers who have created a free organisation for testing and were blocked, who would lose access to their paid organisation.

As a workaround, customers can visit a URL that belongs to their organisation, such as https://app.flagsmith.com/organisation/<organisation_id>/projects

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in to an organisation that has block_access_to_admin set to true with a user that belongs to another non-blocked organisation
2. From the blocked screen, there is no way to switch to the other organisation

Expected behavior

Do not lose access to other organisations if the current one you are on was blocked.
