No option to delete scheduled changes

Describe the bug

There is no UI option to delete or cancel scheduled changes.

Steps To Reproduce

1. On an environment without change requests enabled, create a scheduled change
2. Open the scheduled change from the Scheduling page

There is no option to cancel or delete the scheduled change.

Expected behavior

There should be an option to delete scheduled changes, same way there is one already for change requests:
