How are you running Flagsmith

Describe the bug

When viewing the list of segments, the pagination is based on the total number. The feature-specific filter is handled on the FE, making the pagination details wrong and, in fact, if the whole first page is feature-specific, it shows that you have no regular segments which may not be true.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. In a project with no segments, create n feature-specific segments
  2. Browse to the segments page and notice that the count of records in the pagination information shows N, but no segments are displayed in the list

Expected behavior

Pagination information correctly reflects how many records are being displayed / filtered.
