Is it possible to change restriction from internal to public on OwningColumn getter of DataGridColumnHeader?

Can you please tell what is the reason of restricting access to OwningColumn of DataGridColumnHeader and vice versa to the HeaderCell of DataGridColumn? Is it possible to make getter for these two properties public?

As I descibed in #18230. I would like to add ability to hide DataGrid column to the context menu of the column's header cell.

I am new to Avalonia, so by reading guides I figure out 2 possible way of doing it (both are not working):

1. Define context menu in DataGridColumnHeader style, unfortunately I was not able to figure out how to get access to appropriate DataGridColumn object, only to DataGridColumnHeader. Using this approach I require access to the OwningColumn property.
2. In code behind, by subscribing to CollectionChange event of the DataGrid.Columns collection and adding ContextMenu on adding new columns. Using this approch I have to access the HeaderCell

Could you please help me with alternative approach of achiving my goal or make getters for these fields not internal?
